January-February Winter Training Sessions for:

6th through 8th Grade

9th Grade

Classes are once a week….

​

7 intense sessions of Age Specific Quarterback Training…..

1 ½ hours each session, 10 1/2 hours, of learning Quarterback techniques that helped develop two Elite 11 High School QB’s and 

4 straight D1 Quarterbacks from Coach Renner’s teams!

 

Physical, Mental and Emotional Quarterback training that prepares you to excel!

• Make 1-Years’ Progress in Skill Development in the Off-Season

​

• All ages learn and develop the proper throwing mechanics drills

​

• All ages learn and develop the accuracy throwing drills sequence

​

• All ages learn and develop specific drop back footwork to throw in accurate rhythm

​

• All ages learn and develop ball velocity and trajectory control

​

• All ages learn and develop the ability to throwing routes on time and in rhythm

​

• All ages will have a competitive challenge drill at the end of each training session

​

• Age specific QB pocket movement drills are included in each session

​

• Age specific QB leadership training is included in each session

​

• Age specific QB drill challenge and training is included in each session

​

• Age specific QB drill training sequence workout is provided between classes

​

• All ages learn a QB specific lifting routine and speed program

​
